We welcome you to join us. First we need to know that you understand a few simple terms that we have in place to protect you, the customer and us.
You will be asked later to confirm you agree to these terms.

With Trending Dealers get your products or service in front of the public as quickly and easily as possible. We’ll use our social media presence,blog, newsletter and marketplace to boost your sales.

Here are some simple steps that will help you.


The better your image, the quicker it will sell. Here are some tips:

  • All the images you want to post for your products should be 1000px by 1000px. They should be square images. If they are not square, it’s likely they will be cropped, which means they won’t look so good.
  • They should not be bigger that 200kb in size.
  • They should be jpg. You can use PNG or GIF formats if you want but the quality and size will not be as good.


Obviously, these must be 100% accurate (and we reserve the right to remove inaccurate descriptions.)

Here are some tips:


As a dealer you will be responsible for setting prices of your products or services. we suggest evaluating the current market before setting a price.

Delivery Costs

Dealers have the liberty to offer free shipping or charge. Here is a free tip to keep in mind though. Free shipping usually results in an increase of sales.

What happens when you add a product?

Once you are approved as  dealer, your products will immediately be added to the marketplace.

Silver Membership

Silver membership benefits include…

  • Low commission fees: Only 8% commission on the sold price of an item and a 49 cents payment processing fee for the entire transaction.
  • No monthly subscription fee: You don’t have to pay a monthly fee to sell your products.
  • Huge audience: You can sell to a large audience and increase your chances of making a sale.
  • Advanced seller dashboard: You can use an advanced seller dashboard to manage your sales and track your performance.
  • Discounted shipping labels: You get discounted shipping labels through the Trending Dealers’s partnership with GoShippo. + easily create shipping labels directly from your dashboard.
  • Secure payment gateway: All members benefit from using Stripe Express, which is considered the safest and most secure payment gateway on the web.
  • Advanced analytics: You can keep track of your sales, profile views, and customer location with advanced analytics.
  • Potential feature: You may be featured in the platform’s blog, newsletter, or social media platforms.
  • Auction and sale scheduling: You can create auctions and schedule sales for your products.
  • Sell physical and digital products: You can sell both physical and digital products.
  • Customer engagement: Customers can follow your store, message you, and stay up to date with your products.
  • Bio section: You can create short and long bios to inform customers about your brand, products, social media and any other information you would like to share.

Silver membership fees are as follows:

  • 8% commission on the sold price of an item after it sells
  • 49 cent payment processing fee for each transaction
  • 2.9% Stripe fee (Stripe Subject to change at their discretion)
    • Stripe processing applies to the subtotal, tax (US and CA), and shipping price paid by a buyer for any given order

Gold Member Benefits include…

  • 0% Commission Fee: You can keep 100% of the money from your sales, with only the Stripe fee and processing deducted.
  • All Silver membership benefits: You get access to all the benefits of a Silver membership.
  • Gold member blog mention: You will be mentioned in the platform’s Gold member blog.
  • Newsletter welcome mention: Your shop will be mentioned in an emailed newsletter to our customers.
  • Free product advertising: You’ll have access to free product advertising.
  • Premium support: We help all our members but prioritize Gold member support over silver.
  • A welcome post on our Instagram: We will welcome your to our marketplace with a post on our Instagram.
  • Prioritize product selection in our social media platforms:  We prioritize selecting gold member’s products on social media posts.

Gold membership fees are as follows:

  • $24.99 per month plus tax
  • 0% commission on the sold price of an items
  • 49 cent payment processing fee for each transaction
  • 2.9% Stripe fee (Stripe Subject to change at their discretion)
    • Stripe processing applies to the subtotal, tax (US and CA), and shipping price paid by a buyer for any given order

Shopping Cart

Dealers – Please, only select “Variable” products if your product comes in different variations, for example: You have one T-shirt that comes in multiple different sizes (S, M, L).

When you select “Variable” product, you must choose ‘variable’ from ATTRIBUTES. (Which can be located further down the page) If the desired attribute is not there, please contact us so we can potentially add it.

FYI: “Simple” product will work best for most product types. Again, “Variable Product” is only needed for one single product that has different variables like sizes, colors, etc. We encourage you to add product attributes on both simple and variable products to improve search and filter results. On a “Simple” product attributes are optional but on a “Variable” product they are required.

    Your Name:

    The vast majority of images will upload easily and successfully.

    If you are having trouble uploading an image it is probably due to one of the following reasons:

    1.The file type is incorrect.
    You can only upload file types .jpg, .jpeg, and .png

    We recommend using JPEG when ever possible.
    You can most likely change the file type if needed by right clicking on the image and selecting:
    Quick Action > Convert Image
    Format: “JPEG”
    Image size: “Actual size” (Unless you need to change size, then choose accordingly)

    2. The files size is too large
    You can only upload files up to a maximum of 1920 pixels. Files above that size will be resized – and it may be reshaped in the process. Try to use square images as far as possible to avoid reshaping.
    The resizing will only work on images less than 2mb in size. Above that, the resizing doesn’t work and the image upload will fail.

    3. Uploading directly from an iPhone or Android

    If you are having trouble uploading from your mobile device. Always make sure you are using the correct image file type. If you are we recommend:

    First: Please check you are using the latest IOS or OS. If not update the software on your phone. Our system is constantly updating and works best from the latest operating system.

    Second: Try taking a “screenshot” of image and uploading the screenshot instead of the original image.

    If you are still having trouble on your phone you can re-try again on a laptop, desktop or tablet. No matter your device running the latest operating system will work work best. If still experiencing issues, please contact us

    4. Shape of the images
    The images should be square and 1000px by 1000px. If you upload other shapes or sizes the image may be resized but you risk the image being cropped and looking strange.
