Yes, joining as a silver member is completely free! You will only be charged 8% commission after sale. Plus .49 cent payment processing fee and stripe fee.

If upgraded to Gold membership pay just $24.99 to profit more from having 0% commission fee! (Stripe fee and process fee will still apply)

Dealers pay stripe. Which is currently 2.9% of total. Stripe is at liberty to change their fees at their discretion.

Yes! Under settings you can select “Go on vacation” From there you can instantly close or set time from you will be unavailable. You can even create a custom message to let your customers you are on vacation or temporary live.

Dealers are free to create their own return/refund policy for products and services in our marketplace. Allowing returns/exchanges is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. Dealers are more likely to see an increase in sales by accepting returns/exchanges.  The only requirement is to  inform buyers of their policy. You can do this by adding it to your stores return policy section under settings or for product specific policy you can add it when posting products under appropriate tab on product creation page.

We do not require any specific shipping couriers for our dealers. Shippo will display all options for you.

Stripe will automaticlly deduct appropteie fees from your sale. After fees are deducted the remaining balance will be sent to your stripe account. From your stripe account you can link any bank account of your choice then have your stripe balance sent to that account.

Absolutely not! using whats app for a live chat is totally optional and not required for any dealer. If you prefer to communicate to customers threw whats app for quicker chat you can by enabling “live chat” under settings and adding your whats app number.

Yes, if a customer asks a valid  question via our message system we encourage you to respond in a timely manner.

Dealers – Please, only select “Variable” products if your product comes in different variations, for example: You have one T-shirt that comes in multiple different sizes (S, M, L).

When you select “Variable” product, you must choose ‘variable’ from ATTRIBUTES. (Which can be located further down the page) If the desired attribute is not there, please contact us so we can potentially add it.

FYI: “Simple” product will work best for most product types. Again, “Variable Product” is only needed for one single product that has different variables like sizes, colors, etc. We encourage you to add product attributes on both simple and variable products to improve search and filter results. On a “Simple” product attributes are optional but on a “Variable” product they are required.
