We value all members of the Trending Dealers community and we strive to provide our customers with only the best dealers. So we require a few things from our dealers before they can have a selling account. For full list of requirements see our dealer terms and conditions page, but for a brief summary.
Dealers must:
Agree to all terms and conditions.
Write accurate and honest descriptions of all products and services.
Ship in a timely manner (we recommend 1-2 days of sale)
Have an established history with a good reputation, witch can be backed up via store front, social media, or website.
New Sellers are also welcomed to apply, but approval is based on our discretion.
All applicants may be contacted by us with additional follow up questions.
Dealers are only required to pay one selling fee, and that is 10% per sale.
We strive to keep our selling fees as low as possible so Dealers can provide the best possible price to our customers and maximize their profits.
Dealers are free to create their own return/refund policy for products and services in our marketplace. Allowing returns/exchanges is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. Dealers are more likely to see an increase in sales by accepting returns/exchanges. Dealers are free to create their own policy, but are REQUIRED to inform buyers of their policy by posting their policy in their bio or product description.
Responding to customers is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged. Being available for customer inquiries is one of the ways you can grow your business on Trending Dealers. We provide a direct channel for both dealers and customers to be able to communicate with one another whether for inquiries on product specifications, follow ups on shipment, or after sales support.
We do not require any specific shipping couriers for our dealers. Having a diverse roster of merchants coming from all over the world, we encourage you to select a courier of your choice, as long as their shipping can be tracked for the security of both your products and our buyers.
Once an item or service has been sold on the Trending Dealers online marketplace the 10% seller fee will automatically be deducted from the payment made by the customer. Only after the product has been delivery to the customer will the remaining balance be forwarded to the account that you have provided on your selling account. You will have full control to provide any account you wish on your seller dashboard. Popular options include but are not limited to Pay Pal & Stripe.
