Yes, All dealers are required to sell 100% authentic products on our marketplace.

When ordering multiple items, each item may arrive on different days. Even if placed in the same order. Each item may be coming from different dealers in different locations. All of our dealers understand the urgency in delivering your items as soon as possible and strive to provide you with the most accurate shipping times estimates.

All dealers are at liberty to create their own refund policy. We strongly encourage our dealers to accept returns, and most do. But we understand in some cases dealers may not want to accept returns for certain items.Β  Rest assured regardless of their policy we require our dealers to be 100% transparent with our customers. Check each dealers profile or terms and conditions to find out their exact policy.

We strive to provide convenience to all customers that choose to shop on Trending Dealers. All major credit cards are accepted along with other payment channels such as Apple Pay, Stripe, PayPal, and more.

While we encourage our dealers to list brand new items for our customers to enjoy, we also allow selling of pre-loved or used items on Trending Dealers.

Our dealers are required to specify the condition of each item in every product listing to make sure you are fully aware before purchasing anything

We promote direct communication between our dealers and customers for faster and more reliable transactions. Trending Dealers gives you an option to connect with the dealers and inquire about their listings, track your order, or request support.Β  Simply type your message in the message box on the left hand side of each dealers profile. When finished press “send message” button. Dealers will respond as soon as possible.Β  (Please note: users must be logged in to send messages to dealers)

YES. Your reviews matter to us and our dealers’ reputations. You will be presented the option to leave a review for the item/s you purchase and the dealer who sold them to you.

    The vast majority of images will upload easily and successfully.

    If you are having trouble uploading an image it is probably due to one of the following reasons:

    1.The file type is incorrect.
    You can only upload file types .jpg, .jpeg, and .png

    Changing the file type of an existing file will not work and may corrupt the image file. For example, if your image is testimage.webp and you try to change it to testimage.jpg, it will fail.

    2. The files size is too large
    You can only upload files up to a maximum of ????kb. Files above that size will be resized – and it may be reshaped in the process. Try to use square images as far as possible to avoid reshaping.
    The resizing will only work on images less than 2mb in size. Above that, the resizing doesn’t work and the image upload will fail.

    3. Uploading directly from an iPhone or Android
    There have been reports on the Internet of images failing to upload due to settings on iPhones and Androids. First, please check you are using the latest IOS or OS. Make sure you are using the correct image file type. Sometimes taking a “screenshot” of image and uploading the screen shot instead might work, if original image is problematic. If still experiencing issues, please contact us.

    4. Shape of the images
    The images should be square and 1000px by 1000px. If you upload other shapes, you risk the image being cropped and looking strange.
